Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority (LANTA)

Fit-Out in Bethlehem, PA

LANTA is the public transportation provider for the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton, PA area. The 7,800 SF suite fit-out combined two existing suites into one to create a local call center and evaluation center for customers with disabilities. The project included complete demolition of walls, ceilings, lighting, floorcovering, and MEP. An entire new suite was constructed including new electric, data, HVAC VAV system, plumbing, materials and furnishings.

Project budget: $400,000. Project timeline: 5 monthsProject challenge: Meeting the lease commencement deadline given delayed project funding and supply chain issues with materials availability.

My Role:

Defined scope of work, established project budget and schedule.
Worked with client to select materials and create new standards for all LANTA sites.
Hired and managed architect and contracting team.
Oversaw permit drawings and permitting.
Managed daily activities through occupancy to meet lease commencement date.
